Montego Property Management TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this Site. by using this site you also agree as follows: Montego Property Management is a property owner or manager as described below. The agreements and representations made by you below are for the benefit of Montego Property Management.

 

By submitting your application through this site, you represent and certify that the information provided in your application is true, complete and correct and hereby consent to and authorize Montego Property Management, and their agents and employees to investigate and obtain information with respect to your credit history report, criminal record, pending legal actions, employment verification and related information from any party, subject to all applicable law.

 

You further authorize ongoing review of such information, reports and records at any time during your tenancy (as applicable) or in the course of considering you for residential tenancy. Should you lease an apartment from Montego Property Management, Montego Property Management and its agents shall have a continuing right to review your credit information, rental application, payment history and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application methods. Montego Property Management and its agents may at any time furnish information to consumer reporting agencies and other rental housing owners, regarding your performance of your legal obligations, including both favorable and unfavorable information about your compliance with the lease contract, the rules and financial obligations. You also agree that by using this site, such authorization shall have the same authority as an original signature by you.

 

By using this site, you authorize all persons and organizations that may have information relevant to such investigation to disclose such information to Montego Property Management and/or its agents and release Montego Property Management and its agents from any and all claims and liabilities of any nature arising from or in connection with this investigation and/or any related results and/or decisions. You are hereby notified that you have the right to make a timely request for a copy of the above-identified information as contained in MAAs files at the time of such request. You are further notified that in the event your application for tenancy is denied or accepted with conditions, you will be provided the name, address and telephone number of the consumer reporting agency from which we received information pertaining to you, if any, and a description in writing of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You understand that Montego Property Management is relying on the information contained in your application and its accuracy for conducting resident screening and determining residency application approval. You acknowledge that falsification or omission of any information contained in your application may result in cancellation of, and Montego Property Management hereby expressly reserves the right to cancel, any lease for residential tenancy, in the event you make or have made any misleading, incorrect, fraudulent or untrue statement(s) in the application for residential tenancy.
